100th Peer Reviewed Paper

I am very excited to share that since graduating in 2008, I have reached 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts with the latest work being a collaboration with Dr. Amanda Wright published in Frontiers in Nutrition entitled Palm Lipid Emulsion Droplet Crystallinity and Gastric Acid Stability in Relation to in vitro Bioaccessibility and in vivo Gastric Emptying.
